Year Planner 2024

This Monday, I hosted both groups of the Club met Peren in a Strategy Session for 2024. From Vision, to goals, and to a specific plan. A very full day and as a part of it, I printed out very large A1 Year Calendars for 2024.

1 big sheet with your whole year on it. Put your important events, deadlines, holidays etc on it and you quickly get a feel for your year. The year breaks up into chunks. It goes from an amorphous infinite space to concrete smaller blocks. And that gives a sense of urgency for every block. From it you can see that this week is when you get to work on what’s most important now.
